Secure checkout

All pages on bnbbiolabs.com, including checkout and our online forms, are encrypted with SSL/TLS, so the information you enter is protected while it is sent.

Payment security

Payments are processed through Shopify's secure, PCI DSS–compliant checkout. B&B Bio never sees or stores your full card number. After a purchase, we can see only your billing and shipping details, your order details, and the last four digits of your card.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and other payment options shown at checkout.

Pricing and taxes

All prices are listed in US dollars. Any applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Clinical test payments

Clinical laboratory tests are self-pay; we do not bill insurance. You pay the listed price at checkout when you book your test.

Refunds

All sales are final. Please review your order before checkout and see our refund policy for details, including what to do if an item arrives damaged or incorrect.
